Track setter

once installed it can be flipped down to create twin ski tracks for classic skiing . When a flat trail is desired simply flip it out of the way . The track setter can be locked in desired location in the center or off to either side. 5396 allows for one unit , 6396 and 7296 can accommodate up to 2 units beside each other . Track setter has been redesigned in 2023 . V cut type skis are now standard on each.

Corduroy attachment

corduroy attachment allows you create a corduroy in the snow for skate skiing . It can be used in collaboration with the track setter or flipped up out of the way to allow for a flat smooth surface

Wheel kit

our manual wheel kit is designed for light duty. This unit allows you to move the groomer easily for convenient storage in tight spaces .* Not design for road use .* limited to 5mph . *snow should be removed from pan on larger models to avoid wheel damage. These are built with 2000lbs hub and spindles and dot tires . Wheel kits are not designed with springs and traveling at greater speeds over rough roads or terrain will damage the unit .

5396 standard unit

our 5396 is a light weight easy to pull model that can be used behind snowmobiles

as small as a bravo 250. With 70%of the weight resting on the pan it can be easily attached to a snowmobile without and suspension modifovations. this unit is for snowmobilea of all kinds (When uses properly)

6396 standard unit

Our 6396 is designed for atv’s with tracks and util sleds. This unit is the middle size of our units and gets you great trail coverage without overloading your tow vehicle. Comes with either a ball hitch or sled hitch to suit your hitch needs

7296 standard unit

this unit is 72” wide and designed for utv’s . Some clients with Large utility sleds use this unit but terrain is recommended to be fairly flat.

aggressive cutters are a add on option for cutting through the hardest of snow and for icy conditions. These come standard in club models but can be added to any standard model

Hitch adapter

this hitch adapter allows you to switch back and forth between pulling with your atv and your sled . When ordering a regular hitch designed for a snowmobile a

hitch adapter is need to allow you to hook up to your atv or side by side.

Electric hitch actuator

this electric actuator is rated for 2000lbs and allow for easy on the fly adjustment . Although a much lesser weight rate would get the job done we have chosen this particular model as a product of choice to eliminate the hassle of freeze up and years of worry free operation. This can be ordered with or without a wiring kit . This comes standard on all club models for both the wheels and hitch operation

The 72biathlon is a great groomer for those who want a 72” groomed surface with A corduroy finish all the time. coming In 60+lbs lighter then our 7296 when equipped with a corduroy allowing for it to be towed buy snowmobiles . Front cutters allows for surface preparation prior to the corduroy. Single or twin track setters can be added to this unit as well . Hwy wheel kits will not fit on this unit .
